During your first visit a complete examination will be conducted. If a periodontal condition exists, the nature and extent of the problem will be discussed along with treatment recommendations. This is a consultation appointment and except for emergency situations no treatment is anticipated.

If you have a recent set of full mouth x-rays at your dentist's office (preferably less than 1 year old), please have them forwarded to our office.

We welcome and are willing to accept insurance assignments. If you have dental insurance please bring your insurance card or insurance form completely filled out and signed. Although payment is requested for the first visit, we will be happy to assist with the processing of your claim. Special arrangements can be made for any further services.
