Our office is dedicated to providing you with the highest quality periodontal service using the most up-to-date procedures and materials currently available. Dr. Ryan spends a considerable amount of time and resources each year attending continuing education courses so that our patients can have the finest care available at the time. Once in our practice, you will notice personalized attention, characteristic of a private practice. We do not participate in HMO's or PPO's.
In order to assure that high standards of excellence can be maintained, certain policies have been established.
- Appointment times have been set to allow ample time for procedures (i.e., appointment times are not double booked). Your timely arrival is required to assure you the time necessary for the procedure.
- Cancellations without adequate notice (24 hours) are inconsiderate and costly. To help us keep our fees lower, please do not fail your appointment. Regrettably, a significant fee will be charged for broken appointments..
- We cooperate with insurance companies and accept insurance benefits (except HMO's and PPO's). Co-payments are due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made.
